• If you have previously signed up for a DocuSign account through Coldwell Banker, there is no need to do so again as your account has automatically been renewed.
• If you currently have a personal individually paid DocuSign account and you want to use the same credentials, your new account will not combine/merge contents or contacts from any other accounts; they will remain separate. However, both accounts are able to be linked, allowing users to access both accounts with one set of login credentials. This is contingent on using the same email address and password for both accounts.
• If you have an existing individually paid DocuSign account, a request will need to be made through DocuSign's support to downgrade the account and process a pro-rated refund AFTER activating the new account provided by the company. Your previous account will then convert into a storage account that you can access at any time to view, print or download old documents. We will provide instructions on how to do this once you've registered.
• Downgrading your personal individual paid account is required so that you can use the full company version. If you don't downgrade, you can still join the company-paid DocuSign account, and keep your personal individually paid account separate using a different email address.
• If you have documents in flight for signature, you can still downgrade the account and those documents will come back completed.
